Christian serves as a foreign associate at our firm, primarily focusing on National Interest Waiver (NIW) and EB-1 petitions. With his extensive legal background and a precise, analytical approach to case management, he adeptly handles complex immigration cases that contribute significantly to the United States’ interests. Christian’s professional journey in law began in Venezuela, where he gained substantial experience spanning corporate and labor law, contract management, and litigation. His roles have ranged from being a Litigation Attorney, where he successfully achieved positive outcomes in 95% of his cases, to acting as a Legal Advisor, managing legal departments and overseeing corporate legal processes including public permits and contractual negotiations. His comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks and his proactive stance have equipped him well for the detailed and demanding nature of NIW petitions.
In addition to his legal expertise, Christian spent several years in human resources, where he developed recruitment strategies, managed payroll operations, and facilitated staff development. This experience has sharpened his organizational skills and his ability to manage multiple aspects of immigration petitions seamlessly. His academic research experience as a freelancer, developing university and postgraduate level legal research for various countries, has further honed his analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
