Mr. Diego Bustillos discovered his passion in empowering professionals and their families to thrive in the United States. With a proven track record, Mr. Bustillos has successfully handled complex petitions, including EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW), E-2 Investor Visas, and L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visas. His strategic approach is deeply informed by a thorough understanding of his clients’ businesses and areas of expertise.
For example, he has secured EB-1A and EB-2 NIW approvals for clients in engineering, technology, medicine, and the arts by showcasing their contributions and extraordinary achievements. He has also facilitated E-2 visas for entrepreneurs launching innovative startups in the U.S. and successfully navigated complex L-1 cases for multinational executives expanding their companies into the American market.

Mr. Bustillos holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law from the University of Texas School of Law and a Law Degree (LL.B) from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He is licensed to practice law in both New York State and Venezuela.
